Do you have any wigs that need a little TLC? This service will increase the longevity of your unit. Bring ANY gently used wig back to LIFE with our TBT Wig Spa Service!


Wig Spa Service includes:
• Wash and Cleanse
• Deep Conditioning
• Tightening of Tracks (if needed), Bands, and/or Combs
• Style of your choice

Lace Replacement Service includes:
• Complete replacement of closure
• Hairline Customization (plucking, baby hair, etc.)
• Knots Bleached

If you wish to use hair from an outside source, please fully read and follow the
hair and shipping guidelines below. 

If you wish to use TBT Virgin Hair, simply add all hair specs to your cart with this
• The replacement lace must be the SAME size as the current lace size. Ex. 5x5
Closure wigs can only be replaced with a 5x5 lace closure.
• Wigs must be GENTLY used and dangled.


Hair Selection and Guidelines
*You will have to ship your unit in for this service.

 Pease fully read and follow
the hair and shipping guidelines below.
• Wigs must be GENTLY used and free of any excess dirt or debris.
• New and un-customized units are not accepted for WIG SPA. Please book a “Wig
Customization + Styling” service instead to get New and un-customized units customized.
*Please understand that we are subject to returning your wig to you and refunding your
service fee if the wig does not follow our guidelines upon receiving and inspecting it.

Shipping Information

We will provide your shipping label via email within 24 business hours of your Wig Service order.

• Please ship your Wig using the shipping label that we will provide by email within 24 hours of purchase.
• Add a note with your package specifying your full name and order # (you will
receive a confirmation email with your order # after you complete your purchase.)
• Using the provided shipping label is MANDATORY. After shipping your hair, please
email us at contact@, Subject: Order #: — Wig Service,
with your Name, Order #, and Tracking #. We are NOT responsible
for loss of items during shipment.
• Shipping fees at checkout cover both the shipment to us, and your completed wig return. Please make sure the address inputted at checkout is the delivery return address.

Processing, Turnaround Time, and Delivery
5-7 Business Days refers to your shipping window — Processing time begins on the next day your hair arrives in the mail. Your order will ship within your shipping window and delivery ETA will be provided by the shipping carrier.

Example:
Tailored by Tai Wig Spa purchased on 1/1
Hair arrives on 1/7
1/8 = DAY 1 of processing time
1/12-1/16 - SHIPPING WINDOW (1/14-1/15 = weekend)

Business Days, Hours of Operation, and Public Holidays

​Business Days Include: M-F 10am-6pm and exclude Weekends, Public Holidays, and Out-Of-Office Dates

Orders will NOT ship out on non-business days, nor are these days calculated as days in your shipping window. Business will resume the next Business Day.

Shipping Policy

Orders are ONLY shipped out on Business Days. Business days include Mon-Fri, and do not include Weekends (Sat-Sun), Public Holidays, or Announced Vacation Times.

Shipping times are ESTIMATES AND APPROXIMATES ONLY. We try our best to stick to our usual turn-around times, however unprecedented delays may occur. In the case of a significant delay, we will be sure to contact you as far in advance as possible. Please be aware of possible delays around important dates such as Holiday Season (November-December), Election Season, and Covid-19 impacts.

Shipping Carrier Estimated Times of Arrival are independent of Tailored By Tai Brands Shipping Terms. Once packages are shipped off via Shipping Carrier, we no longer have control or access to your package. For the exact ETA of your packages  please refer to your tracking # and tracking link located in your Shipping Confirmation Email. 

Please do NOT inquire about your order status if you are still within your shipping window. If you are curious about your Order Status, please follow the chart below. We do NOT offer refunds for failure to review our Shipping and Tracking policy prior to purchasing. We purchase all specs immediately after all orders are placed, therefore refunds cannot be issued.

  • During Holidays you may experience a Slight Delay in shipping
  • ALL HAIR ORDERS HAVE A 3 - 4 DAY PROCESSING TIME BEFORE ORDERS ARE SHIPPED OUT
  • Allow up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to email
  • A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for your package after it is with the post office carrier. NO REFUNDS ; NO EXCHANGES

Fulfillment durations represent the timeframe during which we complete, process, pack, and physically ship your order. It is important to note that the fulfillment duration does not indicate the delivery date. Kindly be aware that the shipping method you choose during checkout and its associated transit time are separate from the estimated fulfillment durations.
